1. Eligibility for Refund:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
2. How to Request a Refund:
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days. If you are eligible, we will arrange for the product to be picked up, and your refund will be processed once we receive the item.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
Due to the nature of our products (honey, ghee, chia seeds, coconut oil), opened items are not eligible for a refund unless damaged during shipping.
