Welcome to MR Food Service! By using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Process:
You can place an order for any of our products (honey, ghee, chia seeds, coconut oil, etc.) through our website. All orders are cash on delivery (COD).

2. Payment:
Payment is required at the time of delivery. No advance payment is necessary.

3. Product Availability:
We strive to maintain product availability. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

4. Shipping and Delivery:
Deliveries are processed within 3-5 business days. We currently offer delivery across Bangladesh.

5. Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the product is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Return Policy:
If a product arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
